About Me - Professor Sherry Bowen
Just to give you a little background on myself, I have an AA from IRCC (yes, I grew up in Ft. Pierce), a BA in Zoology from the University of South Florida, and a MS in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of North Dakota. In addition, I have a certification in Molecular Laboratory Genetics from Michigan State University and a certification in Meteorology from Texas A&M University, and I am a nationally certified and Florida state licensed Clinical Laboratory Supervisor. Prior to coming back to IRSC, I worked for almost 30 years in the medical laboratory field as a Laboratory Supervisor and in weather for the US Air Force.
I share my life with my shepherd, Carlton. He is a Shiloh Shepherd. They are a rare breed and an offshoot of the German Shepherd.
